They are a very professional crew and the windows are quality!
I have no problem. Everything was fine other than one gentleman I had to work with. It shouldn't have taken as long as it did to get the electrical outlets put in. The service was wonderful. It took forever to get Bob to respond to me to get the electrical outlets done. The service and quality was wonderful.
Champion Windows of St. Louis have great customer service and also a great product and I will be using them again for the 28 windows I have to have replaced.
I highly recommend Champion Windows. I was happy from when the salesman walked through the door to when the installers left. I understand the delay on one of my windows because it is shaped odd. I have nothing negative to say, everything is positive. I would recommend Champion Windows to anybody.
this is the third time that we have used Champion for home improvements, and by far the worst experience.
