The sales person was very good. He explained everything that was needed and that would be done. The crew who installed the windows were on time and did a very professional job. I had had experience with Champion in the past with the installation of windows in another house and also my daughter had windows installed in her home by Champion. We were and are very satisfied with the product to date. Very professional staff.

Champion Windows demonstrated excellent organizational teamwork between the sales, production plant, and construction crews. The installation crews were skilled in what they were doing and left the construction site just as they found it except for the beautiful windows and new deck stairs,

I already said all this. The work crew had to come a day late and I saw them nailing up insulation without any of the lead provisions for which I paid $500.
