They did a fine job; I was satisfied. But comparing them to the to a large store, I would've gotten the same windows for about the same price (not the bargain basement window replacement company). If the price wouldn't have been negotiated down, I would have not used them The men who came to my home worked quietly and efficiently; I appreciated that. The windows were no different from the patio door I had put in by another company and at a much lower price.
The installation team and sales staff were very friendly and that was appreciated. The workmanship was great and they were flexible with the installation schedule. Mike was very easy to work with and he spent time listening instead of speaking. He was customer focused.
Windows took some time to get prepared, but installation crew did a great job.
They were very professional, on time, and did a good job.
I was very satisfied with the door they put in.
