The installation process was well done and professional. Prior to that, it was a nightmare. The salesman did not know his product line and told us features were available that we later found out weren't. The window was sent back to the factory to redo. I've forgotten the reasons why, it was so long ago. Each time the process had to go back to the start with a six to eight week delay.
