We had to make that difficult decision to put our dog down. When we took her the vet who injected my dog hurt her. My dog yelped in pain. Then she tried to inject her again and she yelped again. Not once did she apologize for hurting her. And that’s definitely not the way you want your pet to go in pain. Also my pet had heart congestive failure. They turned away a injured Kitty . Even though it was an emergency. All because it was possible that it was a stray. Shame on you. I am going to post this everywhere

Business response:

I have sent you a message & hope that you will speak with me this afternoon.

This complaint involves both billing and service issues. I took my pet to the vet at Champions Forest Animal Clinic specifically to (1) have his teeth cleaned; (2) have a heart worm test and prevention treatment; and (3) get flea and tick prevention. I was given a quote of for the each of the foregoing procedures. I was advised that the vet may identify teeth that needed to be extracted. I was asked if the vet could remove any of the teeth without notifying me first as to how many teeth would be removed and the cost for the ... read more

Our Shitshu, Shogun, has been seen by Dr. Sarter since he was 7 weeks old. He is now 13 and Shogun doesn't go anywhere else. Everyone is very nice there and they really care about the animals they treat and board!
