We have been bringing our diss to see Dr Sartor and his team for at least 10 years. They are outstanding, and always go the extra mile. They have taken excellent care of my three Great Danes and Golden Retriever that I have right now, and also Danes, Husky and Malamute that we had in the past. I wouldn't recommend any other small animal vet.
I’m posting this for my wife. This is what she’s gone through with champions forest animal clinic. I took my now healthy dogs a week ago for an annual exam and vaccines. I asked if they could help me with preparing documents required to travel back home to Hawaii. My father is very ill and the family wanted to get back to see him for what might be his final Christmas with us. Taking animals to Hawaii is a big deal. Jesus, I appreciate your feedback, but the issue was not that we could not complete the requests for flying to Hawaii. To be clear we were asked to process an international health certificate by your wife. We referred her to another location that would be able to. She did not get it done there either. Management did call the number listed on your account on the matter and left a voicemail. When you lose documents essential for the process, it makes it difficult to began any process. We had to make that difficult decision to put our dog down. When we took her the vet who injected my dog hurt her. My dog yelped in pain. Then she tried to inject her again and she yelped again. Not once did she apologize for hurting her. And that’s definitely not the way you want your pet to go in pain. Also my pet had heart congestive failure. Many times they wouldn’t approve my pets meds from 1800 pet meds on time. So I’d miss the window and then they would sell out which led me to having to buy from the clinic... read more

This clinic is rude. We initially had a good experience with them when they prescribed our dog medications. They were sweet and understanding. When my dog was clearly still suffering and getting worse we called to get the vets opinion. The receptionist was far from helpful. Repeatedly told us the vet was not in and would call us the next day. This complaint involves both billing and service issues. I took my pet to the vet at Champions Forest Animal Clinic specifically to (1) have his teeth cleaned; (2) have a heart worm test and prevention treatment; and (3) get flea and tick prevention. I was given a quote of for the each of the foregoing procedures. I was advised that the vet may identify teeth that needed to be extracted. RecommendedOur Shitshu, Shogun, has been seen by Dr. Sarter since he was 7 weeks old. He is now 13 and Shogun doesn't go anywhere else. Everyone is very nice there and they really care about the animals they treat and board!
