All thanks to Steve, I was literally had a metal break down when I found out that my mortgage application got declined with no specific reason and my previous mortgage broker confirmed they would not assist my case any further and I was in the middle of selling and purchasing my home. Luckily Steve supported and helped our application which took him roughly 2 weeks otherwise I wouldn't be able to buy our dream home.
