The whole process was great and smooth. We had a VERY short time to close (3-4 weeks), and this team pulled it through. Given my unique circumstance (I am a 1099 employee), the only thing I would suggest is to NOT treat 1099 employees as a regular business. We don't run cupcake stores. We are highly paid and our job situation is as much at risk as any normal W-2 employee. So the requirements imposed by underwriting should not apply to us.

Rate was as good as any whole sale lender and better than leading names on bankrate recommendations and my own bank as well and they were faster as well in closing in less than 30 days.
