Originally we applied the loan through a big bank. It promised to close on time (they had more than a month to do it) but apparently the loan officer was very incompetent and had no idea how to assemble an application, so the application was rejected by the underwriter several times. In the end we missed the closing date. Then we found Chantal through the listing agent.
