There was lots of miscommunication on how and where the 2 1/2% cash from the builder and lender. was to be used. During the process, this led me to think I was actually getting($3,000-$5,000) more than I actually received. This caused much more stress than I needed throughout the process.

Most lenders will just wait and close the next day but she took the extra steps to make my clients happy. She also took the time to explain stuff and kept me the agent informed as well.
