Really enjoyed working with Wes he also had a firm handshake which I like . Only thing was detail shop didnt clean the rims
I had a wonderful experience with the team at Chaparral Buick GMC. I was nervous about traveling 3 hours to possibly purchase a F150 truck however after speaking with Jamie their online representative I felt at ease. Jamie was upfront honest and fair in his approach. When I arrived I was introduce to the sales representative by the name of Holly whom also was a pleasure to work with. Needless to say Im now a owner of a F150 truck and I could not be happier with my truck and my experience. I highly recommend this dealership!

Very courteous, service is always done in a timely manner. We bought our vehicle here and although there is a Buick dealer nearby, we always travel the 45 minutes to have our Buick serviced here. They have provided excellent service from the date of sale til now. We will continue to use Chaparral for all of our service needs
