We had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. We did not have to wait an excessive amount of time. I had ordered a spare key a year ago. I was told someone would call when it arrived. When I called to make the appointment, I asked about it. I was told that it was there. When I asked after the oil change, no one knew what I was talking about. I will say that Lee went out of his way to try to locate a key locally. When that wasn't possible, it was reordered.
Best service department all the way around
Thorough and helpful. The insights that Carfax supplies informs me and supplies me with the needed info to keep me abreast of the auto market. The current info on my vehicles I find most helpful in keeping me informed regarding any recalls, etc.
I was happy with the service but it took an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. I thought that was a little long. Hope next time is faster!
