Dr Chapel has quite literally saved my life. Multiple times actually. He has been fighting to help keep me out of cepsis since the very first time i seen him. He and his entire staff are caring, compasionate, empathetic, knowlagable and completely invested in all of their patients well being. I first worked with Dr. Chapel about 20 years ago at my job. A few years ago, my husband was in the hospital for cellulitis from an improperly cut toenail from his podiatrist, causing an infection (he's a diabetic). The infection went up his leg and produced a huge "bubble". In comes Dr. Chapel, who I had not seen for almost 10 years! He was amazing. The office staff is super nice and helpful! I just wish Dr. Chapel had better bedside manner as he kinda gives off the feeling he is speeding it up to be done listening to what I am saying. Which was me trying to explain some details related to my pain. He then sorta talked over me and he was trying to walk out door as I'm telling him I have questions for him along with other painful problems that I wrote down on paper but never got addressed. Dr chapel and his team have been working on my left foot pain for 4 months. I had no noticeable breaks but I was put in a boot, given laser therapy, had shoe inserts 3d printed, and sent to physical therapy. I now have no left foot pain but they had found a cyst in my right ankle. I am being watched closely for that still but I am truly grateful that the x-ray tech found it on a whim. These people know their stuff!
Friendly staff, convenient appointments, a caring doctor that knows how to take care of feet. I suffered many years with ingrown toenails. Why, why, why did I wait to address this problem until one toe was infected. Don't wait people. Make an appointment now!
