We went there on Friday to celebrate Valentine's Day. Charbonos didn't disappoint. The food was delicious. My hippie trippy martini was outstanding and the carrot cake was a wonderful way to compliment the pasta!

I’ve eaten at Charbonos many times and had great experiences overall. However, Valentine’s Day wasn’t one of them unfortunately. The first server was approaching the end of her shift as we arrived and you could tell by the way she rushed us and dropped stuff off at the table. The second server was awesome and as good as you could hope for. As for the food, most of it was good as expected except for the most expensive item which was the filet. Food was excellent. It’s hard not to order the filet- it’s always flavorful and tender enough to cut with a butter knife. Our server was attentive but not intrusive.

Even though we had a reservation we waited nearly 20 minutes to be seated because there was no seating available which I thought was the whole point of a reservation??? And we were there for over an hour before we got our food which was pretty ridiculous as far as wait times go. Food and service was great, but definitely disappointed with the awful wait times, especially considering we had a reservation...
