Calvin was our waiter and he was awesome! So friendly and makes the best dirty martini! The food was great as always.

Our server was amazing but I don't recommend getting a steak here..they are not very good at all and over priced. Sides were pretty good (broccolini, polenta fries) but nothing that great. Definitely stick with something other than steak. Bread is delicious and I've been before once and had a really good meal.
I’m a big fan of all Cunningham restaurants and I can’t tell you how many times we’ve eaten at Charbonos, but this particular lunch was strange. I took a business client for lunch and our server would speak to us in passing - like an afterthought. She was several feet away - and doing something at the bar - when she called to us over her shoulder and asked what we’d like to drink. 1. It wasn’t busy 2.
