Easter special was ham, green beans, and mashed potatoes. The bread was super fresh and superb. The ham was a but dried and curled up. I didnt like the green beans as they were tough. The mashed potatoes were delicious. Overall the meal was greasy. I had to put my coat over my shoulders because it was too cold in the dining room. Our server was excellent. I have been going to Charbonos for many years, and this was the first time I wasn’t thrilled with my meal. But I will remain a patron. :)
