Even though we had a reservation we waited nearly 20 minutes to be seated because there was no seating available which I thought was the whole point of a reservation??? And we were there for over an hour before we got our food which was pretty ridiculous as far as wait times go. Food and service was great, but definitely disappointed with the awful wait times, especially considering we had a reservation...

Food was excellent. It’s hard not to order the filet- it’s always flavorful and tender enough to cut with a butter knife. Our server was attentive but not intrusive.

I’ve eaten at Charbonos many times and had great experiences overall. However, Valentine’s Day wasn’t one of them unfortunately. The first server was approaching the end of her shift as we arrived and you could tell by the way she rushed us and dropped stuff off at the table. The second server was awesome and as good as you could hope for. As for the food, most of it was good as expected except for the most expensive item which was the filet. We had an early Valentine's Day dinner at Charbono's. We made our reservation online, walked in right on time, and were seated right away. They had their party room open with tables safely distanced from one another. Our waitress, Elizabeth, was outstanding! She even got us some freshly made dipping oil to take home because it was especially tasty that night! We both enjoyed our meals very much! Chabono's did a great job helping us celebrate Valentine's Day! Thank you!

This was our first experience at charbonos. We made a reservation because we heard how popular charbonos is and we're glad we did. People were waiting in line for a table to open which increased our excitement to be seated. Once we were seated we were greated by our waitress who was amazing. Our food was beyond amazing, steaks were cooked and seasoned perfectly. We look forward to making charbonos a part of our regular date night resteraunt pick.
