This was our first experience at charbonos. We made a reservation because we heard how popular charbonos is and we're glad we did. People were waiting in line for a table to open which increased our excitement to be seated. Once we were seated we were greated by our waitress who was amazing. Our food was beyond amazing, steaks were cooked and seasoned perfectly. We look forward to making charbonos a part of our regular date night resteraunt pick.

First time in a restaurant in months and glad it was Charbonos! Fabulous server (Carter), grilled salmon done perfectly, Chicken Marsala a very nice change of pace and well seasoned. Great evening.

Room was cold. Took food a long time to come out. Pork chop was a little tough. Had to ask for steak knife in order cut it. Told waitress that I didn’t want anything with garlic. Food still had garlic
