This was our first trip (but won't be our last) to Charbonos and quite frankly, I was a bit worried after reading reviews. We had a wonderful meal! Three of us went for dinner and from the time we were seated by a very nice host, to the very end, it was a magnificent meal. Our waitress, Autumn, was a 10+ and she fully explained all the menus and options.
