We arrived earlier than our reservations, but were seated immediately. The staff was attentive, but not bothersome. My two grand daughters enjoyed their children’s menu choices of penne pasta and chicken fingers with fresh fruit. The four adults each had wonderful meals! My daughter and I enjoyed a lovely house salad with cranberry poppyseed dressing! Outstanding! We filled up and were able to enjoy another meal at home thanks to carry out containers provided. We had three generations at this meal - 11 yr old, an adult couple and grandmother. We were originally seated in the bar area at a high top. Grandma simply couldn't get up onto the stool and it certainly wouldn't have worked for the up and down required of a buffet. We let the hostess know and were quickly reseated to a booth with no issues or delay. The service the entire time was good. Food was good, not great. We have eaten there several times and always had a positive experience. This time they were out of prime rib by the time we ordered (6:15) so I got the NY strip. It and my potato were lukewarm at best and boarding on room temperature. The steak had excessive amounts of charred particles stuck to the steak made it taste like I was licking the grill. The food and service were good. The bar drink was not quality I expected.
Steak was delicious! House salad was fabulous!!!!!
