Holiday so it was slow - but even with that they messed up the kids meal - and tried to over charge because “ the parent company changed the menu” - no drink refills (had to ask 3 times and at the end they finally brought it ... Normal dining the have been really good and food is quality - but if its busy they slip and don’t do well on the service
Dinner on Christmas Eve was busy as expected, but the staff was friendly and moving like finely choreographed elves. Service was great. Food was hot and delicious and didn’t take long to arrive. It was a pleasure.
