We always have a great experience at Charbonos! The food is terrific and the staff us always very friendly.
From the wait at the bar to our dinner everything was excellent! Was Veterans Day and very busy but still the wait staff remained calm and friendly and thanked me for my service. Great atmosphere had a fun time. Food was served hot and delicious and bread is amazing and the dipping oil is soooo good. They also sell it by the bottle size of a wine bottle for18.00. Great gift idea
Great location, food and people. Fun atmosphere. Generous drinks.
The restaurant was very busy. It took us a total of 3 hours to get served and eat. It was veterans day, so they do give free meals to all the veterans. I assume that is why it took so long. The meal itself wasn't as good as in the past. I got the impression that they didn't have as much help as they should have on such a busy day. One person in our party had to return their meal due to it not being fully cooked.
As always we enjoy Charbonos and all of Cunningham Group restaurants.
I ordered the Applewood Chicken Salad & it was outstanding. My husband, the veteran, ordered the Chicken Parmesan which was overcooked, but he didn't want to send it back because the restaurant was so busy. It was difficult to cut, but he ate half of it.
