It was New Year’s Eve and it took a long time to get our entrees. Our server was apologetic as was the manager and we weren’t in a rush so we didn’t really care. I had a steak w risotto. Steak was undercooked but that’s better than over cooked. The risotto was just warm and sticky instead of creamy. I chose not to send it back as they were obviously busy. Totally awesome food always cooked to perfection! One of mine and my wife’s favorite places to eat!!!!
So enjoyed seeing Deb,even though she was not our server, she makes it Charbonos. Happy to see blue cheese dressing has stayed same however chefs need to learn how to cook asparagus al dente with butter/oil.
We got right in and seated using OpenTable.com. Food and service was great. Atmosphere is cozy!! Food was delish. Very pleased!
