Business response:
Thank you for the love and for sharing these details about your visit to Charbonos. We are glad the service was good, and we are sorry the rising prices, sitting by the noisy kitchen, the runny cream sauce, and the hurried feel of the staff made the meal less enjoyable. We understand the ticket-handling felt awkward when tipping. We appreciate your feedback and hope you visit us again.
