We've been to Charbonos several times and it always great! We had a small server snafu (she was working the big room as well as covering a few tables). The manager made sure to greet us and tell us that she was busy and she did make it over to our table a few times to grab our order, drinks, etc. It was fine with us - we weren't in a hurry but if we would've had other plans it would've been a little different story. We have been to this restaurant before and have enjoyed our meal, the atmosphere, and the value. This particular experience is not one we can say was a favorite. I reserved our table online early in the day. Later on that afternoon I received a call from the restaurant confirming my reservation and asking if we had anyone under 21 in our party, which we did. Always a treat and great food. The service was outstanding with an attentive waiter and supporting staff. Friendly coupled with a nice atmosphere.
Charbonos is one of the few nice sit-down restaurants among all the chains of Avon. This was probably the 5th time we have eaten there. We had reservations for New Years Eve and despite being very busy the table was ready for us within 10 minutes of our reservation. The restaurant is a little loud on busy nights especially NYE. But our service was excellent and the food served promptly.
We enjoyed Charbonos for the variety of dishes as well and the quality of food served
