We are huge fans of Charbonos and visit there frequently but our meal on Saturday night was disappointing. My filet medallions were over cooked, the sauce was just ok. I had asked to substitute a baked potato for the Parmesan risotto but still got the risotto. Our waiter appeared infrequently to refill water but he seemed too busy to be bothered. Took the gentleman helping the hostess 30min to figure out how to seat 9 people. We ordered 2 chicken Parmesan and chicken was way over cooked and couldn’t eat it. Waitress was fantastic!

Everyone was friendly, food was amazing, quick service. We went with our newborn and she got upset at one point throughout dinner and everyone was so nice
