She always seemed annoyed when talking to us. She lacked a lot in her communication skills. We are first time home buyers and were very lost in this process and she seemed bothered when we would message her. She was never thorough with any of her responses.

So many issues coming up. When I signed my date of birth was completely wrong I proved my date of birth along with my drivers license and social and it took entirely too long to close. My uncle literally sold a house, looked at 3, said yes to one, and moved in before I was even told a closing date. My insurance person called me to tell me my closing date before she did.

She was very rude. Rude,constantly. She talked to me like I was stupid and should already know better. I wished I would have had other options for a lender,but I didn’t. I had to send copies of documents to her multiple times I guess because she couldn’t find it. She doesn’t answer her phone past 3pm,even if she tells you to do something “time sensitive”
