We spend two days with Charlene close to Thanksgiving 2018. I have to say that her experience, knowledge and most of all desire to meet a clients need exceeds many Realtors we have worked with in the past. She was willing to spend the time with us knowing that we were shopping other lakes also. I have to say, she sold us on Hartwell Lake. Although further search has been delayed due to a family health issue, we will stay in contact with her and will use her to make our purchase when it is time. Thank you Charlene,

We were undecided as to whether to buy land and build or to buy something existing. We provided Charlene an idea on what we were hunting for and based on this criteria she gave us several great options . We ended up buying an existing house. While she represented both the Seller and us we felt she treated both with a great deal of service and was fair in the negotiations.
Sold our house very quickly. Sold my Aunt's house also. Helped us find a home to rent for 3 months while our new house was being finished. Is presently helping my cousin find a home. Helped my Aunt find someone to make repairs at a good price. Knows the market and negotiates very well.
