Charles is great and has a lot of experience in this industry. His contacts and confidence had helped us through this process, though there were a few hiccups on the initial closing date due to some software issue at the company. Charles personally called and gave us the assurance about the closing for the following date. We would definitely recommend Charles to others but with one feedback, it's always better to keep in touch with Charles through out the process.
