I thought OriginPoint, and especially Chuck Johnson, my lender, were fantastic. Very communicative and personable. Chuck especially was very good and helped make my homebuying process work as well as could be expected, given the circumstances. Only 9/10 due to the fact that OriginPoint was unable to secure me a rate that I wanted, and was higher than other lenders, but I appreciated the communication and personal attention and went with OriginPoint.
