Closing on my first home with Chanania made everything so much easier. Any time I had any questions, about how something works, or what I should do, he was there to guide me. Chanania had a baby while he was helping me, but that didn't stop him and his team form helping me. They did not slow down for a second! Additionally, somehow they even found for me a much appreciated discount on the closing costs!! If you're buying a home, Chanania and his team are your guys!

Chanania is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is professional, incredibly kind and considerate, always going the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed. Chanania was a great help in enabling us to refinance. We had been trying to do so for over a year and were denied by other brokers. Each one took a few weeks or months to review our profile and then couldn't pull it off. Chanania was diligent and caring, fast and professional, courteous and prompt - and he pulled off our refinance. He even got the appraisal waived and we received money back!! We are forever grateful.
