Charles was available from step one through closing. There was nothing I could not call and ask! This was the easiest home loan process I have ever had. We moved into our new home within 6 weeks. He is so friendly and easy to work with.

Charles did a wonderful job preparing us for buying our first home. He estimated our closing costs down to almost the dollar and educated us through the entire process. He was always available via phone or email and explained things in an easily-understood manner. What could have been a long, stressful process was quite an easy one because of his help and expertise. Charles recently helped me in getting the finance done for townhouse. I should mention couple of things. his knowledge of finance and related stuff is awesome. He patiently explains all the process and terminology associated with the process. Secondly, he has always immediately responded to any query I have raised. He has provided me with good financing options to choose from. His team is awesome to work with!

Charlie did an outstanding job with our mortgage in August 2015. He always kept me informed of where we were at in the process and what was needed for next steps. My questions were always answered thoroughly and in a timely manner. At our closing, the title company representative and our lawyer both praised Charlie and the entire Homebridge team for their excellent service. I was introduced to Charles through a Realtor and from the first phone call I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.
