Charles explained how it works what is needed and how its done. I did not feel insecure or dum. He was vary patient and explained how it works. And what was his job and what is the realtors job. Mr. Rogers was awesome. I highly recommend Charles for your home perches.*********

As a first time home buyer charles not only did what was expected but he exceeded my expectations. Charles and the water stone team are amazing! I would recommend them specifically charles to anyone i know who’s looking to buy a house yo go with charles from water stone. They were fantastic to work with and i couldn’t be more grateful. They worked in a great timely manner and really did exceed my expectations.

As a first time home buyer with little knowledge of the process, my biggest concern was being taken advantage of. Charles and his team were better than I ever could have expected! I would recommend them to all my family and friends. Charles was very easy to work with. He was efficient and timely and really had our best interests in mind! Would definitely recommend him. We sold our condo and bought a house within a week of each other and Charles made sure that both were on track to close within two days of each other!
