Charles was very detailed and helpul In every step of the way with the home buying process. He approved me with the loan right away, answered any question I had and closed out on time. Charlie was very helpful. I went to go my first home and had no idea where to start. My realtor Kristina suggested that I work with Charlie to get a mortgage. Not really understanding how the process worked Charlie walked me through everything and made it very simple and easy to understand. Charlie still stays in contact quite often to make sure we are happy. He would even return phone calls on weekends while with his family. GREAT GUY and definitely would recommend to anyone out there trying to get a mortgage!

Charles walked me thru the mortgage process that has changed so much over the years. Being over 40 years since we’d purchased our last home things had really changed. He was patient with my thousands of questions and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to work with.
