The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and takes the time to make sure you are well taken care of. My daughter and I had a check up today and the staff person took the time to show and explain the best way to go about brushing and flossing well. I thought that was wonderful! I recently had veneers put on my teeth and I felt Dr. Kenner and his staff truly want to please their customers. They called after the appointment to check on my satisfaction,...always professional and a delight to be with. My recent experience with Dr. Kenner was BEYOND amazing! Dr. Kenner is the friendliest, most enthusiastic, and the kindest soul I've ever encountered! And he is a great dentist too! This was my first visit (had a tooth pulled) and after the first five minutes of sitting in the dentist chair, I felt as if I've known Dr. Kenner my whole life! The "Dentist" is my least favorite place to go, so I start the visit on edge. Dr. Kenner does a great job of talking me off the ledge prior to getting started and before I know it, I'm heading to the lobby being greeted with a friendly handshake and a a smiling friendly staff!
