Would go back again! Room/ hotel is older, some minor things wrong with room like rusty hinges, broken pieces of door etc. no coffee maker in the room. It seems all the hotels on the beach are similar, or in worse shape. the property is very close to the beach and boardwalk. Could see the ocean from our balcony. Room had a fridge and microwave. Staff was very kind. Walking distance to beach and popular boardwalk, arcades, restaurants, bars.

Good The stairs to the 2nd level were older and a bit difficult if one has any issues with knees or doing stairs . The single room was really small and there was no lobby or place to sit around outside your room Great location to beach , very clean , rather old hotel , rooms are nicely updated and clean, but small and very basic, not a real balcony nor any lobby to sit and relax if you didn’t want to be out and about . Great location and friendly staff! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The location was great! Right across the street from the beach and boardwalk but far enough away from the hustle and noise!

Exceptional
Good value for the money. Upgraded room is much better than main floor rooms. Had to upgrade room to get better facilities. Location was great. Easy walk to boardwalk and beach was right across the street.
