It was truly pleasant and clean! I didn’t like that the pool didn’t have a lot of privacy. it was very convenient to the beach and boardwalk!

Great Location! The beds & room were good however ...the property was a bit tired & showing its age. However it also showed that repairs had been done. The room lacked a coffee maker & a freezer in the mini fridge. There was a microwave, but only plastic cups, so I couldn't make a cup of tea. The heated pool was cold. the location was fantastic! Good outside hallway had a piece of plywood covering up a hole. clean, right on the beach. I’d stay here again.

Thank you so much for your feedback! The "hole" is our access to our plumbing system. It is strong and custom made for covering the crawlspace safely. Considering how heavy it is to lift, the inspections have approved it every year, as it is necessary to cover the crawlspace. It also has to bear a certain maximum weight PSF(lbs square foot) like any flooring. Hope this makes you feel more confident!
It was good for our first stay in seaside park. Hated the shower in the bathroom. The curtain would not stay closed no matter what we did. We ended up with water on the floor any time someone showered. would have liked if our body wash would have been filled instead of empty and if we would have had more than 5 tissues in our box in the bathroom. the location was great. loved that they gave us Beach passes to use while we were there.

The curtain rod does need to be tightened every so often and the shower curtains that we and many other motels and hotels use, separate on the bottom. Half goes into the tub and the other half outside. We are always available to help solve any issues that may arise with our property manager living on site.
