would highly recommend this clinic, the nurses are very attentive, front desk and receptionist are very helpful in getting your messages to the doctor or nurses, very kind and great listener, help me and my husband conceived within 3 months and we have been trying for years with other doctors and clinic's. Warm welcome and exceptional service with Charm fertility. The Nurses/lab techs/receptionists did a wonderful and an amazing job with care, love and professionalism. Thank you, our dream came through with youth help. 11 weeks far gone now and we are excited for the next chapter in our lives.

I wanted to thank all the staff at charm Etobicoke location - you are all so pleasant, professional and helpful. It is a delight to come and get served. All teams (front-desk, ultrasound, blood work, nurses and manager) exhibit outstanding knowledge and practices and work collaboratively to deliver excellent customer service. I love being a patient at Charm Fertility! The receptionists are very welcoming and so sweet. Both ultrasound technicians at the Etobicoke location are very gentle and professional and they both know what they are doing, while they make the ultrasound experience comfortable for you! The doctors are also amazing! I truly appreciate how the awesome nurses call you to follow up with your appointment a few minutes after you leave the clinic. I truly feel cared for as a patient.
