This has been the best Practice I've been to. For many years I was afraid of the dentist due to some horrible experiences on the past; however, when I visited the practice it was a whole different experience. Gentle, caring, empathic; this are just words that fall short for the Dr and staff from this place. Not a single regret on visiting this place and trusting fully that they will always take care of my smile. Simply Amazing Team!
I want to both thank the wonderful staff at Charming Smiles Dentistry for a wonderful first experience at their office. The Hygienist and the Dr. were welcoming, friendly, and professional. I experienced one of the most thorough teeth cleanings and inspection I have ever experienced. Whenever I go to Charming Smiles of Ocoee I feel like I'm visiting family. The dentists, the hygienists, and the entire support staff are a pleasure to deal with. It is always an excellent experience! I would rate you as a 10 but they only give me five stars so I'll do it here. * * * * * * * * * *
If I could give them a million stars I would. The staff and Dr. Lopez and Everybody is so nice and kind. They got me in immediately to extract a tooth. They worked with me financially. I recommend them to everybody. I'm so grateful for them.
This was my first visit and it was exceptional. My wife has been going for the last couple of years and always raved about the personal attention, knowledge of the staff and the friendly customer service. She was right! I have my new dentist office.
