RecommendedExperience was very good for my cardiac MRI. BUT it took 3 full days to get the results which are needed in order to schedule a cardiac procedure. Have been in limbo and on pins and needles because of this delay. Now into another weekend without the procedure even scheduled. 😞 They were very quick in asking for a review though.

My doctors office sent me to Charter for their expertise in taking and reading MRI films. I have had 4 MRI's in 2 years, this was the best experience of all. Brent (I think) the tech was wonderful in making me comfortable on the table. He said the MRI is loud; well after he put headphones on me and turned on music I hardly heard one click from the machine. And my visit was on a Sunday. (almost unheard of)

Very friendly staff. The one girl even gave me directions and stayed on the phone with me till I made it to the parking lot! Now that’s service!!
