Actually I had a very good experience at Charter Radiology. The staff is lovely making me as comfortable as possible in that I am highly claustrophobic. I really appreciate having the disk right after the appt. and access to the report the next day. Thank you! Melissa Wilkins

The receptionist Brittany was wonderful - very accommodating, customer service oriented and kind. My tech Patricia was also very nice and helpful. During my visit there was another tech that admonished Brittany twice - I don't have her name - but she worked this past Saturday noontime. Despite the way Brittany was talked to, she continued to be cheerful and pleasant to the patients. I think if someone is going to correct another employee - it could be handled behind closed doors.
I was treated amazing. All the staff from Frontdesk to technician made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Thank you again. If I need MRI in the future, I will definitely comeback. Thanks again Judy Rice PS I was there Monday, August 13 at 9:00.

Your service was excellent. I will recommend to others.
Customer service was amazing. Everybody was incredibly responsive. The MRI was scheduled for an hour, which we expected, the machine malfunctioned and he was in there for almost 2 hrs. We had a 6:30 appt and finished at 8:50. The tech Usually communicates with the patient while in the machine, my son reported that he was spoken to or told how much longer etc. it is anxious procedure and it would of been nice to be spoken to.
I appreciated your staff's courtesy and professionalism.
