Everything went well - not too many forms to complete, not a long wait and I was a walk-in, coffee in the clean waiting room, technician was efficient and pleasant and then I was on my way. My doctor sent the x-ray results to me by email in 2 days. Charter Radiology is convenient and all of the staff were very friendly, answered questions and did their jobs well! Highly recommended.

I had urgent studies on June 22 and June 23, 2018, and Charter Radiology accommodated my needs. I had travelled quite a distance. I've had imaging studies in the past, but they were nothing like my experience at Charter. I was made extremely comfortable and, most importantly, I was frequently updated throughout the studies. They took my daughter on Sunday for an MRI. Staff were prompt, efficient, and courteous. My doctor had the results the next day and I got an email with the results as well. Could not have been happier
