Have had to have several CT SCANS. Fortunately, my orthopedic surgeons recommended Charter. Been to Columbia and Clarksville locations. Same high Quality of service, care and professionalism at both locations. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Staff gladly answers any questions without making you feel awkward. Thanks Charter Folks!
Staff were very polite, efficient, competent, so my appointment went quickly. The waiting time was filled by the usual "updating" of my paperwork that we all encounter when we haven't been to medical facility/office for a while. Overall, I rate Charter Radiology higher than any other imaging facility that I have been to.
Staff was very friendly & professional! Facility was also clean and organized … wait time was very minimum even when scheduling. Appt was available the following week. Having your favorite music played during your procedure, top notch! Would recommend this facility.
The best radiology in the area! We’ve used their services many times and I highly recommend them. Their equipment is top notch, the employees are friendly and personable. Dr. Daisy is amazing. We love her!
Was thrilled that for once I didn’t have to wait weeks for an appointment! They even called me before my appointment time to ask if I wanted to come in earlier. That was great! Once I arrived I was seen right away. Everyone was so friendly. Wonderful experience all around.
