Charter is an excellent choice and one we wanted to choose. Unfortunately my aunt is not ready for this move.
My sister & I were very worried that our mother would not like it, but she loves it there! We have been very pleased. Only complaints would b lack of itemized billing so we know exactly what is included w rent & what is extra. Apparently copy machine is broken so residents do not have their own copy of activities to post on their fridge. Fruit is not always readily available along w hot coffee as stated on tour
DAD has been a resident of Charter Senior Living of Godfrey for 12 months. During that time I've been impressed with the attentiveness and the pleasant atmosphere with the staff. Dad says most meals are OK and he enjoys the bingo and a few other activities. The suite is comfortable, and there have been a recent upgrades to the heating and cooling systems. The staff was very accommodating during these upgrades.
What we like the most about Charter Senior Living is that it is close to family and other friends. The community is also pretty and yes, we would recommend the community to other families.

I would rate all categories as a 5 except for "value for money". I would rate it a 4. It was less expensive than other facilities when I was shopping around. However after the new owners took over, they raised the price by $[fee removed] with no real change in value added. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I feel that my family member is well cared for and he seems content when I visit.
The nurses and the CNA's and other support staff were all amazing. They were genuine. They were polite, professional and respectful. But most importantly, they seemed to truly care about my mom. They all had a loving demeanor. Yes , I would recommend to others.

I would recommend without hesitation. The amount of care received , especially for the cost, is exceptional. My mother is blind and therefore a high maintence resident. The staff is very friendly and appear to enjoy their jobs and care about the residents. I also have access to the administration and medical team. by phone , text or email. Which is very comforting as well as efficient manner of communication.

I'm very happy with the experience that I see mom having. I like the camaraderie among the staff. They seem very integrated. I like the attentiveness they extend to the residents. I like the activities that are provided. The facility is clean, and mom is always clean and dressed. I would definitely recommend Cedar Creek to anyone seeking Assisted Living.

It's completey clean. All of the people are great. The staff is always checking on me. They have plenty of activites. They have a movie section, and entertainers that come in. The value for the money is pretty good but a lot of things I don't use, such as memory care.
