Our mortgage specialist Chase McElligott was fantastic. He took time to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot of them), run through lots of hypothetical scenarios, and make sure we were getting the best mortgage for our needs. I was cautioned against using a larger, non-local lender because I was told I may not be able to get a hold of some one when I really needed them. That was not the case with Chase; he was always quick to respond and made sure I knew how to get in touch with him.
