The team at Vetfriends Chatswood are amazing. Vanessa is very professional and also caring. She has a lovely way of supporting pet owners when in distress. Our dog Sissy had a tick and we nearly lost her. Vanessa believed that she could pull through and she did. It was a very upsetting time and we felt so supported by Vanessa.
