My experience with Tom Sucher at Chattanooga Cabinets has been truly horrible. I am a designer and work with many types of builders and craftsman. In this crazy time, all have to be patient and understanding with lead times. I engaged Tom for a small, single trash cabinet for a client in downtown Chattanooga. They refinished cabinets but will not return phone calls - have left SEVERAL messages over the course of months to finish touch ups from the INITIAL job. Specifically where paint had chipped after removing their tape from the underside of cabinets. Disappointing customer service. Lack of follow through. I would not recommend using this company and feel free to contact me for an in-depth review.
