RecommendedAnother beautiful morning in central New Mexico and an opportunity to re-visit where the boys (and one girl) from the VA Creative Writing Group gathered for lunch one fine Thursday morning. The Chello Grill, featuring tasty Mediterranean food, a friendly staff, and a clean interesting interior, was our choice one day and we really enjoyed the experience. Stacy made us feel welcome immediately with a huge smile and warm greeting. When she heard it was our first time there, we were offered samples along with an excellent description of the dishes. Once the food was served, my tastebuds did the happy dance! The food was absolutely delicious and I can’t wait to go back!
