Outstanding food, service & view!
Absolutely delicious. The steak was so good for steak and eggs. The berry french toast and buttermilk pancakes were so fresh and good.
Have been there several times and always very good—this time not so much. Ordered salmon and it was a little fishy. Grilled brussel sprouts were hard and not enjoyable. So maybe it was an off night for the kitchen. We will wait a couple of months and go again.
Hostess tried to sit us near the entrance, we had to request better, and there was plenty available. No service for 10 minutes or more, there seemed to be confusion as to who was the server, a manager was helping. Pastries were supposed to be first, but never received until after we finished our tea/coffee and the first course was brought out. Great job with COVID protocols. Safe spacing, etc. Better than average pub food. Miss the local beers they used to have. Jersey burger and truffle fries were awesome. Wife had the veal and raved about it. And awesome views!
