Poolside dining tucked away in a quiet location at the Tropicana. Excellent service, food was awesome.

A really good setting which has been well designed to accommodate the essential health requirements of Covid but at the same time avoids the “clinical” feel of many Restaurants. The tent coverings, table umbrellas and furniture were tasteful and high grade. The mood and ambience was fine but slight well-placed touches such as flowers and perhaps art work would help the venue rise to another level which it deserves. The restaurant staged the bar and tables outside on the rooftop by the pool, due to Covid strictures. The breeze was unexpectedly cool. However, the service, the food and the atmosphere were wonderful. I ordered the locally caught flounder francaise, which was delicious. My only criticism is that the bed of spinach the flounder was laid on had a little bit too much salt. But even with that qualification, the spinach was good! All in all, a restaurant we will be visiting again.

STOP looking for a better restaurant. This is it. We had a great dinner here. I usually do not write reviews though this was worth writing about. My fiancé and I came to NJ for a long weekend for Labor Day. We felt so safe with covid worries. Very clean, very accommodating. I have a gluten allergy and still came here due to how good the reviews were. They were able to accommodate me. Food takes a little longer because it is cooked to order, but was delicious. Service was great.
