Love this place. Been to The Trop 3 times since you opened ate with you all 3 times. Food is amazing, and the potato chips, WOW!!!

Our first time here. Thoroughly enjoyed everything: modern decor, window table, friendly & knowledgeable staff, outstanding food. Oysters arrived chilled on ice with house condiments. Soup & entrees (both pastas) arrived piping hot & in large portions. Yummy!Very high end "gastropub".
Great food always cooked perfectly. Good service as well. My favorite place to eat in Atlantic city.
Honestly for what we paid, it wasn't that amazing. Now the crab cakes were delectable. Everything else that followed was just ordinary.
Beautiful restaurant but food and service was lacking. Food was good but nothing special, limited menu, and service was mediocre.
We opened with the Charcuterie Board and cocktails. The Charcuterie Board was quite delectable although the four small crostino, left much of the meats and cheeses to be eaten as stand alone bites. My guest had the Ribeye Cheesesteak, and was satisfied. It just did not offer any noteworthy points over a standard Philly Cheese Steak. I had the Filet Mignon Sliders, medium rare. My Wife and I really enjoyed the food and drinks. Service was great. I think for the price a house salad or something should come the entree’s. But overall a good mea.
It was such a great experience from the moment we walked in the door. My boyfriend and I had the New Year’s Eve pre fixed menu and the timing of each course was perfect, and each course was insanely good. My boyfriend said it was one of the best meals he’s ever had! - I definitely agree!!
